报告题目：Springer fibers, Richardson tableaux and noncrossing involutions

报告摘要：For an integer partition, the associated Springer fiber is a subvariety of the complete flag variety, which has close connections with the representation of the symmetric group. Recently, Karp and Precup found a complete characterization of irreducible components of any given Springer fiber by introducing Richardson tableaux. In this talk, we shall give an overview of the background of Springer fibers. We also explain a connection between Richardson tableaux and the insertion tableaux of noncrossing involutions by applying the RSK algorithm. This provides an answer to a problem proposed by Karp and Precup.

报告人简介：郭龙，南开大学组合数学中心教授。研究方向是代数组合学，主要关注组合学与表示论、代数几何、离散几何等相交叉的课题。与合作者解决了多位国际数学家大会邀请报告人的猜想或公开问题，工作发表在Adv. Math.、Canad. J. Math.、IMRN、Math. Z.、Science China Math.、Selecta Math.等综合性期刊以及JCTA、SIAM J. Discrete Math.等专业性期刊，入选南开大学青年学科带头人计划、重庆巴渝学者讲座教授。
