摘要: The main purpose of this paper is to introduce a new quadratic Gauss sums, then use the analytic methods, the properties of the classical Gauss sums and character sums to study the calculating problem of the fourth and sixth power mean of this sums, and give several interesting computational formulae for it.

报告人简介：张文鹏，西北大学二级教授，博士生导师，1993年起享受国务院政府特殊津贴。主要研究领域为解析数论和组合数论。主持8项国家自然科学基金项目和4项陕西省自然科学基金项目，多次获得教育部和陕西省等的科技奖项和荣誉称号，发表论文300余篇，被SCI收录200余篇。
