主讲人介绍：冯致程，2017年博士毕业于北京大学，2017-2022年先后在TU Kaiserslautern、北京科技大学工作。2022年加入南方科技大学，现任助理教授、副研究员。主要研究领域为群及其表示，特别是局部–整体问题和Lie型群的表示。主要成果发表在Adv. Math.，Compos. Math., Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. ，J. Algebra等国际著名期刊上。

讲座介绍：Harish-Chandra theory is a significant tool in Lie theory, such as in the representation theory of Lie groups, Lie algebras and finite reductive groups. In this talk, we will discuss a generalisation of e-cuspidality in the generalised e-Harish-Chandra theory of finite reductive groups, and introduce the generic weights, which play an analogous role as the weights defined by Alperin in the investigation of the inductive Alperin weight condition for simple groups of Lie type at most good primes. Joint work with Gunter Malle and Jiping Zhang.

主讲人介绍：王磊，云南大学数学与统计学院副教授。2015年博士毕业于云南大学，师从国际知名置换群论和代数组合学家李才恒教授。2018年在北京大学国际数学中心完成博士后研究，合作导师为张继平院士。研究方向为群及其表示与代数组合。2018年在云南大学参加工作，2020年入选云南省国家级人才计划。在厦门大学，西华师范大学等多所高校做学术报告，2024年在全国群论会议上做 40 分钟学术报告，其主要研究成果发表在Electron. J. Combin.、Journal ofthe London Mathematical SocietyJ. Algebra、J. Algebraic Combin.等国际代数学与组合学领域的知名期刊上。

With two exceptions,we prove surjectivity of odd power word maps on finite non-abelian simple groups.

More precisely, we prove the following:if $N$ is any odd integer, then the word

map $(x,y) \mapsto x^Ny^N$ is surjective on every finite non-abelian simple group

except $\PSL_2(q)$ and $\tw2\G_2(q)$.

讲座介绍：Let $\Gamma$ be a finite connected cubic $T$-arc-transitive graph, where $T\leq\Aut(\Gamma)$ is a nonabelian simple group. Let $p>|T|_{2}$ be an odd prime, and $(p,|T|)=1$. Then there exists a normal cover $\widetilde{\Gamma}$ of $\Gamma$ with $\Aut(\widetilde{\Gamma})=P.T$ and the covering transformation group $P\in\Syl_{p}(\Aut(\widetilde{\Gamma}))$.

讲座介绍：研究一个群的非交换合成因子的分类(一个群的可解性)和一个极大子群(第二个最大子群)的X-半可变性之间的关系。
