报告题目：On regular integer and its symmetric von Neumann inverse modulo q

摘要：Let q>2 be an integer, an integer a is said to be regular modulo q if there exists an integer b such that a²b ≡ a (mod q). In this talk, I will introduce a new generalization of the classical Kloosterman sum named as regular Kloosterman sum and prove an upper bound for it. Then by using the upper bound, properties of regular integers and trigonometric sums, I will study the distribution properties about the regular integer and its symmetric von Neumann inverse modulo q and give some asymptotic formulas.

报告人简介：徐哲峰，西北大学图书馆馆长、数学学院教授、博士生导师，兼任全国大学生数学建模竞赛陕西赛区组委会秘书长、陕西省工业与应用数学会常务理事，《纯粹数学与应用数学》编委。主要从事数论及其应用方面的研究工作，在国内外期刊上发表学术论文60余篇，其中40余篇被SCI检索。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目5项、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和一等资助项目各1项、陕西省自然科学基金项目3项、教育部博士点基金项目1项、陕西省教改重点项目和一般项目各1项,代数与数论省级教学团队负责人。获陕西省科学技术奖二等奖2项、三等奖1项及陕西省教学成果奖一等奖1项。入选西北大学首批优秀青年学术骨干支持计划及陕西省青年科技新星。
