报告人简介:薛玲,哈尔滨工程大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师、生物数学团队学科带头人、龙江学者特聘教授、黑龙江省专业技术领军人才梯队后备带头人、黑龙江省工程与应用重点实验室副主任。在美国堪萨斯州立大学获得博士学位后在美国杜兰大学数学系与数学计算科学中心做博士后,师从美国工业与应用数学会前主席James Mac Hyman教授;随后受到加拿大太平洋数学研究院和加拿大曼尼托巴大学数学系的联合资助,在加拿大曼尼托巴大学数学系合作交流。在Journal of Mathematical Biology 、SIAM J Appl Math、Bulletin of Mathematical Biology等SCI 期刊发表论文50余篇,担任中国数学会T2期刊Bulletin of Mathematical Biology、PloS Computational Biology、Journal of Biomathematics 等的编委。
报告摘要: This talk presents a unified mathematical framework to optimize combination cancer therapies. We first explore integrating anti-angiogenic drugs with chemotherapy, where our model reveals treatment-induced oscillations and identifies an optimal synergistic dosing strategy. Building on this, we extend the framework to immunotherapy, combining mRNA vaccines with anti-CTLA-4 antibodies. The analysis demonstrates that administering the antibody after the vaccine, with doses carefully aligned, maximizes efficacy and safety. Collectively, our studies provide theoretical principles for designing effective, personalized multi-modality treatments, bridging mathematical analysis with clinical translation.
